Funds with no carried interest potential to CapMan

Approx. 3% of the capital under management was at the end of June 2010 in funds that have no carried interest potential to CapMan. A fund's carried interest potential may be limited or non-existent due to the following reasons: the fund is not expected to transfer in carry, the fund is/may transfer in carry but has very limited portfolio value, or CapMan's carried interest percentage in the fund is low (e.g. in older Swedestart funds which transferred under CapMan's management in connection of the Swedestart acquisition in 2002).

The funds are listed below by their establishment year. More information on funds in different carried interest phases can be found from the links on left. The funds' portfolios and exits are updated weekly, and new funds to this category are added / funds are removed from this category in connection to CapMan Plc’s financial reporting.

The funds' sizes are presented per 30 June 2010.
