CapMan Plc publishes its Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2009

CapMan has published its Annual Report for 2009, and it can be consulted in both Finnish and English at the company’s website www.capman.com. The Annual Report contains the Report of the Board of Directors, the Group Financial Statements, the Auditor’s Report, and CapMan’s Corporate Governance Statement for the 2009 Financial Year.

The Annual Report can be downloaded at www.capman.com/En/Media/AnnualReports (in English). A print copy of the Annual Report can also be ordered online or by e-mail at info@capman.com from Week 11 onwards.
